About the Department
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pulls rosters and reports from recreation software
- Completes proper forms and reports, including, but not limited to, incident reports
- Completes tasks in an organized, detail-oriented, and timely fashion
- Supports full-time staff within the Community Recreation division
- Provides excellent customer service, and establishes and maintains effective working relationships with co-workers, officials, instructors, and public
- Assists in preparation, set-up, and break down of special events and community recreation programs
- Other duties as assigned
- Any combination of education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required. Behind-the-scenes event management/work/volunteering experience preferred
- Valid Driver's license
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification preferred
- Ability to work on an as needed basis
