Brand Marketing Manager
Objective
This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans (including field marketing) to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

Essential Responsibilities
- Develops strategies and tactics to create awareness and drive trial for our brands.
- Help to maximize the sale and distribution of all company products in Utah through the establishment and appropriate execution of local and national marketing programs.?
- Evaluate and manage local sponsorship agreements, maximize ROI and ensure full field activation of all programs and promotions.?
- Plan, coordinate and represent the brands at consumer events such as festivals, sponsorship activations and on premise programs
- Builds strategic relationships and partners with our sales team, key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Measures and reports performance of marketing campaigns.
- Delivers marketing within budget.
- Creates marketing presentations.
- Supports development of innovation pipeline.
- Audit POS order activity to ensure execution accountability.?
- Conducts market research to determine market requirements for existing and future projects.
Additional Responsibilities
- Identifies areas for process improvement.
- Monitors industry best practices and competitive deep dives.
- Ensures continuous and comprehensive training.
- Performs other related duties as required or assigned.

Physical & Mental Requirements
Must have the physical and mental strength and endurance to be able to perform duties, in at times extreme environments, as well as the ability to handle stressors of the position in operational and administrative situations. Required to frequently lift and move 10 -25 pounds. Expected to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, talk, hear, taste, smell, see, and operate objects, tools, and controls.
