- Develop and execute processes and procedures, alleviating challenges within the functional area.
- Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolutions to user issues via phone, email, or in-person support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
- Assist in setting up and configuring computers, peripherals, and user accounts.
- Document all support activities, solutions, and processes in the help desk system.
- Support basic maintenance of IT systems, including software updates and backups.
- Assist with IT inventory management and documentation.
- Other relevant tasks as assigned.
