  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
  • Assist in setting up and configuring computers, peripherals, and user accounts.
  • Document all support activities, solutions, and processes in the help desk system.
  • Support basic maintenance of IT systems, including software updates and backups.
  • Assist with IT inventory management and documentation.
  • Other relevant tasks as assigned.
