Inside Sales Trainee at Veneer Technologies Inc

The Inside Sales representative will assist the sales team by taking customer service calls, entering sample requests, and entering Veneer orders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Targets customers and distributions in the cabinet, store fixture, furniture and panel producing industry by making calls.
• Enters orders in the Company sales database.
• Enters sample requests.
• Fields phone calls.
• Looks up availability of Veneer product for customers.
• Work effectively with limited supervision.
• Communicate and perform effectively, both independently and in a team environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience is helpful.
• Be reliable, attendance is important.
• Must have computer experience and experience with word, excel and outlook.
• Must be conscientious about your work.
• Must be willing to be involved with the manufacturing and production process.
• Must have good verbal and communication skills.

Education/Experience:

Must have High School Diploma.  College education a plus!

Language Ability:

Ability to speak, read and understand English. Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees and customers.

Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divide in all units of measure. 

Reasoning Ability: 

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions. 

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
