KONE is looking for a strong Project / Site Manager to join our team in Canberra.

You will administer and control projects across the ACT and surrounding regions, using your ability to manage people and resources, engage proactively with customers, and motivate and inspire your team.

What will you be doing?

  • Plan and organize the delivery and storage of materials/tools to the site

  • Effectively communicate with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation process

  • Ensure that the work is carried out in line with clearly defined procedures and guidelines

  • Achieving KONE's safety targets by developing and maintaining a safety focused culture

  • Be an inspiring team leader who gets the best out of the others, and always strives to exceed customer expectations

  • Managing performance and skill development of the team

  • Drive key projects aimed at continuous improvement

Are you the one?

  • Ideally relevant tertiary qualifications - Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or trade qualifications are highly desirable

  • Demonstrated experience within a commercial environment, managing projects at a site level

  • Ability to engage stakeholders and facilitate training

  • Proven ability to win with customers

  • Resilient and persevering approach

  • Outgoing and customer centric personality
