We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Employee to join our Collision Center team. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth, efficient parts operation and delivering excellent customer service to both internal staff and external vendors.Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, be comfortable using digital tools for inventory tracking, and be physically able to move and transport parts carts within the indoor facility. Attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude are critical.
Collision Center Parts Employee Compensation and Benefits:
Collision Center Parts Employee Competitive Pay: $24.50 per hour
Generous Paid Time Off (PTO):We prioritize work-life balance, offering industry-leading PTO. New full-time employees accrue 4 hours per pay period, totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year, with increases over time.

Collision Center Parts Employee Responsibilities:
Assist shop in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
Provide a high level of service to internal and external customers.
Receiving parts in our Body Shop indoor Parts Department.
Checking to ensure all Parts have arrived and are accounted for on the shipping invoice.
Checking off the arrival on the invoice.
Notify the Estimator when special ordered parts have been received.
Checking packaging and parts for physical damage.
Relocate parts to parts carts or storage bins.
Identify part is correct for the part that's being replaced.
Moving/rolling parts cart to various locations in our indoor facility.
Monitor parts inventory using iPhone or laptop computer.
Break down cardboard boxes for recycling.
Collision Center Parts Employee Qualifications:
High school diploma or the equivalent.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
1-2 years of experience in an automotive or heavy equipment parts department (preferred)
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Some sales experience
Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems
Professional personal appearance.
Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
