What will you do:
- Respond to incoming calls, chats, and inquiries with the goal of scheduling guest appointments.
- Follow up with potential guests to ensure excellent service and maximize opportunities.
- Accurately document all guest interactions, appointments, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
- Assign leads and appointments to Sales Consultants according to process guidelines.
- Collaborate with BDC team members to provide a seamless guest experience.
- Stay informed on current dealership programs, promotions, and incentives.
- Handle guest concerns professionally, with integrity, and care.
What we are looking for:
- Proven customer service experience: automotive industry background preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional grammar.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers, and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
