Description
The Worcester Art Museum is seeking a meticulous and proactive Human Resources Associate to join our HR team. We are looking for someone who thrives on precision and is naturally inclined to notice inconsistencies, errors, or anomalies—whether in payroll data, benefits records, or employee documentation. This individual will be the first point of contact for staff HR inquiries, providing thoughtful and timely support while ensuring that all processes meet regulatory and internal standards. Responsibilities include processing bi-weekly payroll, managing benefit enrollments and changes, maintaining confidential records, and supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.
