Facilities Technician at Trelleborg Healthcare and Medical

Trelleborg Healthcare and Medical is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. Responsible for Performing all general maintenance, repairs and tasks.

Pay: 

• $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience with electrical, heating/cooling systems, hydraulic systems and hand/power tools
• Desired experience working on equipment in a clean room environment

Responsibilities:

• Repairs and performs preventive maintenance duties on buildings, grounds and equipment as required and directed including.
• Facilitates construction projects as assigned.
• Maintains a positive working relationship with all department employees and supervisors.
• Assists in the disassembly and diagnoses of mechanical and electrical failures.
• Assists outside contracted maintenance as needed (janitorial, building and grounds maintenance).
• Resolves safety concerns as directed by safety team or management. 
• Strictly adheres to all safety protocol.
• Assists in installation of new equipment as required.
• Initiates part requisitions.
• Other duties as assigned.
