Unit Description:Delaware North operates the food and retail services at Allianz Field, the state-of-the-art home of Major League Soccer’s Minnesota United. The 19,400-seat venue opened in 2019. The stadium features four clubs, 22 suites, a variety of concession outlets and a large brew pub — stretching the width of the field.Responsibilities:
  • Hire and train food and beverage team members for the suites department
  • Schedule, coordinate, and supervise the suite food and beverage team members and operations on event days. Provide ongoing job performance feedback to team members.
  • Partner with front and back-of-house management to ensure event day operations are effective and successful for guests and team members
  • Handle guest relations and ensure quality assurance standards are maintained
  • Follow and maintain safety and sanitation procedures; ensure proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment
  • Prepare monthly projection reports; ensure effective systems for cash, inventory, and payroll are in place
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years' hospitality management experience required, preferably in a high-volume setting
  • Strong managerial and team-building skills are essential
  • Experience with inventory, cost control, and purchasing required
  • Financial management, accountability, and budgeting experience required
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions independently
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • No degree required
