Key Responsibilities

SEZ Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain and manage SEZ-related paperwork, including inward/outward registers, asset movement records, and statutory filings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for SEZ audits and inspections.
• Ensure timely submission of SEZ documentation to relevant authorities.

Transport Management

• Oversee employee transport operations including vendor coordination, route planning, and grievance handling.
• Monitor transport schedules and ensure compliance with safety and service standards.

Cafeteria & Facility Oversight

• Manage cafeteria operations including vendor performance, hygiene standards, and feedback collection.
• Support pantry and common area upkeep in coordination with housekeeping teams.

Mailroom & Logistics

• Supervise mailroom activities including courier handling, inward/outward registers, and package tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and dispatch of materials.

General Site Administration

• Support conference room bookings, visitor management, and event logistics.
• Maintain records of office supplies, assets, and service contracts.
• Liaise with vendors for AMC renewals, service escalations, and procurement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in site administration or operations, preferably in SEZ environments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with SEZ compliance processes is a strong advantage.
