Principal Responsibilities

Annual Compensation Process Lead (ACP Lead)

  • Serve as project manager for the end-to-end compensation cycle, including salary increases, PRP awards, and long-term incentives (LTI).
  • Develop and maintain the ACP project plan and timeline.
  • Align cross-functional workstreams and ensure milestone adherence.
  • Monitor progress, proactively identify risks, and drive resolution across global and regional teams.
  • Facilitate regular status updates, steering meetings, and issue resolution forums.
  • Oversee all ACP phases:
    • Data validation (internal audits, people leader exercises)
    • System configuration & testing (eligibility rules, system functionality, statement creation)
    • Budget & structure planning (preliminary/final budgets, pay structures, exceptions)
    • Communication (People Team and Leader comms, training materials, WalkMe support)
    • Execution (planning, audits, corrections, statement delivery, terminated PRP management/payouts)
  • Act as the central point of contact for all ACP-related activities.
  • Partner with Total Rewards, HR Service Center, HR Tech, and regional People teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with country-specific needs.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with compensation guidelines.
  • Support dashboard reporting and analytics for merit, PRP, and LTI planning.
  • Collaborate with HR Technology to ensure system readiness and optimal user experience.
  • Lead post-cycle reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities:

Shine Program Administrator

  • Oversee the administration and continuous improvement of the Shine recognition program.
  • Manage program communications, eligibility, and reporting.

3. Preparation and update of Global Compensation Tools

  • Prepare and maintain global compensation files, including annual budget files, pay structures, Compensation Tool and other key documents for annual compensation processes.

4. Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and deliver regular and ad hoc compensation reports and dashboards.
  • Serve as a resource for the People Team on compensation matters.
