Principal Responsibilities
Annual Compensation Process Lead (ACP Lead)
- Serve as project manager for the end-to-end compensation cycle, including salary increases, PRP awards, and long-term incentives (LTI).
- Develop and maintain the ACP project plan and timeline.
- Align cross-functional workstreams and ensure milestone adherence.
- Monitor progress, proactively identify risks, and drive resolution across global and regional teams.
- Facilitate regular status updates, steering meetings, and issue resolution forums.
- Oversee all ACP phases:
- Data validation (internal audits, people leader exercises)
- System configuration & testing (eligibility rules, system functionality, statement creation)
- Budget & structure planning (preliminary/final budgets, pay structures, exceptions)
- Communication (People Team and Leader comms, training materials, WalkMe support)
- Execution (planning, audits, corrections, statement delivery, terminated PRP management/payouts)
- Act as the central point of contact for all ACP-related activities.
- Partner with Total Rewards, HR Service Center, HR Tech, and regional People teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with country-specific needs.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with compensation guidelines.
- Support dashboard reporting and analytics for merit, PRP, and LTI planning.
- Collaborate with HR Technology to ensure system readiness and optimal user experience.
- Lead post-cycle reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities:
Shine Program Administrator
- Oversee the administration and continuous improvement of the Shine recognition program.
- Manage program communications, eligibility, and reporting.
3. Preparation and update of Global Compensation Tools
- Prepare and maintain global compensation files, including annual budget files, pay structures, Compensation Tool and other key documents for annual compensation processes.
4. Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and deliver regular and ad hoc compensation reports and dashboards.
- Serve as a resource for the People Team on compensation matters.
