Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Also,Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar will be an advantage. Experience: ● 6–8 years of Product Management experience with a strong growth focus, ideally in fintech, consumer tech, or data-driven startups. ● Proven record of launching, scaling, and optimizing products with tangible growth outcomes. ● Hands-on expertise in A/B testing and analytics tools (SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, etc.) ● Strong grasp of fintech business models, growth metrics, and regulatory dynamics. ● Exceptional problem-solving, prioritization, and execution skills. ● Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams — from engineers to execs. ● Excellent communicator, able to craft and present compelling business cases. Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, and a bias for bold, fast action. |
