JOB DESCRIPTION


Role: Product Manager -Growth 

Location: Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-Time


We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Product Manager to lead initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. In this role, you’ll develop and execute product-led growth strategies, design experiments to optimize performance, and work cross-functionally to scale high-impact features. If you're passionate about growth, data, and building products that users love, this role is for you. 


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Define and lead the growth strategy across acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Spot and prioritize high-leverage growth opportunities through analytics, user research, market trends, and competitive insights.

  • Infuse fresh perspectives by staying up to date on industry shifts, competitor moves, and emerging technologies.

  • Elevate product thinking internally by driving PRD reviews, challenging assumptions, and sharpening team-level growth metrics.

  • Design and optimize growth levers: onboarding funnels, referral programs, cross-sell/upsell flows, and engagement loops.

  • Run A/B and multivariate experiments, extracting insights to boost conversions, reduce churn, and scale adoption.

  • Track and own critical KPIs (activation, retention, DAU/MAU, LTV, ARPU) — turning numbers into actionable strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS


Education:   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Also,Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar will be an advantage.

Experience:

      6–8 years of Product Management experience with a strong growth focus, ideally in fintech, consumer tech, or data-driven startups.

      Proven record of launching, scaling, and optimizing products with tangible growth outcomes.

      Hands-on expertise in A/B testing and analytics tools (SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, etc.)

      Strong grasp of fintech business models, growth metrics, and regulatory dynamics.

      Exceptional problem-solving, prioritization, and execution skills.

      Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams — from engineers to execs.

      Excellent communicator, able to craft and present compelling business cases.

Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, and a bias for bold, fast action.
