Role Overview
Key Responsibilities:
The Tech Lead will be responsible to provide technical leadership on end-to-end development & delivery of Claims management solution that enable business opportunities. This role demands deep hands-on understanding of the Duck Creek platform, a strong architectural background, design thinking skills, an orientation towards change, and effective communication abilities.
This position will partner with the various stakeholders within Claims domain, business and architecture to define the optimal solution that meets both current and future needs for Claims management solution.
Lead end-to-end development and implementation of enhancements & roll out packages on Chubb’s Duck Creek Platform.
Drive end to end development process including up-stream/down-stream integrations
Requirement solutioning, estimation, hands-on coding/configuration in developing user stories, assisting and grooming team members, collaborating with cross team and global stakeholders
Drive implementation of best practices for Duck Creek platform as well as customizations and integration patterns
Build internal expertise on Duck Creek Platform to be able to deliver changes with high quality
Assist in hiring drive, train people on necessary tools and processes to enable the next generation workforce to become self-sufficient w.r.t Duck Creek Platform

Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related STEM fields, or equivalent experience.
- Total Experience: 11+ years
- Duck Creek Claims experience:
- At least 8+ years, Deep knowledge of Duck Creek Configuration, Customizations (writing custom activities etc) and Integrating Duck creek with 3rd Party applications.
- Duck Creek version exposure: V10.x/v11.x versions (v12 exposure is optional)
- Experience rolling out Duck Creek Claims to multi-country/region, multi-locale implementation
- Experience in implementation of medium to large projects/programs is necessary
- Hands-on experience in technology stack such as Microsoft. Net, C#, ASP.NET, IIS, SQL Server, HTML, XML, CSS, XSLT, etc.
- Other technical skills: WCF Services and Rest APIs
