As part of our ongoing transformation, we are looking for a dynamic new team member to contribute to market intelligence and power accessories digital and sustainable offer management.


GETTING A FLYING START


As  marketing intelligence and digital and sustainable power accessories offer manager, you will be in charge to build in depth and segmented understanding of grid markets and support definition of associated sales and marketing strategy. With a specific focus on power accessories your role is to lead the product data strategy and frame the digital and sustainability offering. You will lead innovation and customer centric approach in collaboration with technical teams to develop new offering. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams worldwide to create and implement strategies that position Nexans as a global leader in the energy transition.
 

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Provide market, customers and competition intelligence and insights to support the definition of sales and marketing strategy for power accessories
  • Design and coordinate the implementation of the data strategy to support marketing and sales growth and to boost brand recognition. In particulier lead Ditigal Asset Management and Product Information Management platform construction & development in collaboration with digital team. Ensure framework and information are consistent and train users.
  • Collaborate with technical, sales, marketing and communication teams to ensure digital offer growth strategies across regions.
  • Develop sustainable offer, driving measurable environmental and social impact. Follow assessment of product environmental impact, identify improvement opportunity and contribute to internal and external communication.
  • Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders to enhance the customer journey and maximize profitability.


 

YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN

  • Proven experience in offer management, innovation or marketing project management
  • Experience in digitalization project implementation
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into actionable strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across regions.
  • Passion for sustainability and innovation in the energy or industrial sectors.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • 5 to 10 years experience
