Job Description:

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an associate to join the Asset Management division of Alantra, specifically, for the Investor Relations & Fund Operations team. The Asset Management division is a core and growing area for Alantra, which is constantly seeking new growth opportunities both by products and geographies.

The ideal candidate will assist the department in a wide range of activities to support the growth of all Alantra Asset Management products.

Related Tasks:

  • Investors onboarding (Know Your Client - KYC and Anti Money Laundering - AML materials)
  • Manage reporting, communications and investors requests to current and potential investors.
  • Review of quarterly / annual reports of the different products managed by the firm.
  • Control of investor positions within the products managed by the firm (inputs / outputs, secondaries).
  • Coordination of incorporation of new funda and relationship with service providers.
  • Control of the income and rebates of the area.
  • Oversight of outsourced tasks: accounting, tax, regulatory reporting, etc.
  • Review of the calculation of the net asset value of the different products.
  • Support the digitalization process started in the area
  • Preparation of reports and documentation for the Boards of the different products, management teams, etc.
  • Support in Environmental Social Governance (ESG) questionnaires.

Requirements:

The candidate must meet the following characteristics:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
  • Full-time availability.
  • More than 4 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, audit, compliance, fund management.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (proficient use of Excel)
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Proactivity, willingness to learn.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team environment.
