Responsibilities:

• This position will work a variable schedule including evenings until 9:00pm and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
• Talk with potential clients about their case
• Schedule intake appointments when appropriate
• Respond to calls and emails immediately, and without delay
• Ensure database is updated with client information upon completion of calls

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone and in writing
• Competency with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to organize, monitor, and track numerous activities, events and projects
• Ability to quickly solve problems
• Strong attention to detail
• Discretion in handling and communicating sensitive information
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure in a fluid environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
• Ability to work independently under tight time constraints

Preferences:

• At least 1 year of CSR experience in a call center environment
• Bilingual a plus!

 Benefits:

• Base Pay of $20-$21/hour, plus company paid benefits, and incentives/bonus program (general total compensation package of $45,000 - $55,000).  Total compensation is ultimately dependent upon experience, performance, and paid benefits selected
