GT Mid Atlantic, LLC. a leading construction equipment dealership in NJ, PA, MD and DE is looking for an individual to immediately fill the full-time position of SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR.

Previous experience in the heavy construction equipment industry or the automotive industry is preferred. Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering customer phone calls, inputting service technician’s times onto work orders, processing work orders, ordering shop supplies, general office support for the service manager, etc.

Requirements for this position are:

• Above average computer skills. Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Highly motivated & organized
• Ability to multi-task
• Good customer relation & communication skills
• Background in the automotive or heavy equipment industry (preferred)
