Ski Club Group Leader at Winchester Public Schools

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of the Ski Club, including transportation, lift tickets, payments, rosters, and overall trip details while also serving as a chaperone.
   
• Serve as the main point of contact for all participants, including parents, students, and Ski Sundown.
   
• Manage on-site coordination, including group check-ins, time management, and effective communication with students and staff.
   
• Manage the collection and tracking of all required forms, payments, and documentation, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
   
• Lead informational meeting for parents, providing clear details on expectations, safety protocols, costs, and schedules.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
   
• Previous experience in group leadership preferred.
   
• Ability to handle emergencies and make quick, responsible decisions when needed.
