About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented 1st Shift Receiver/Loader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and loading products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. You will work closely with our warehouse team to maintain a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• MUST have recent forklift experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced cold environment.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift, bend, twist, squat, reach and grasp.
• Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment from 35º F to 50º F.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload products from trucks
• Verify accuracy of shipments and ensure proper documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
• Ability and willingness to select/load/unload and/or deliver ALL products that may be ordered by our customers. Count, weigh, or measure items shipping out in order to verify information against sales orders.
