About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Receiver/Loader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and loading products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. You will work closely with our warehouse team to maintain a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- MUST have recent forklift experience.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift, bend, twist, squat, reach and grasp.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced cold environment with temperatures from 35º F to 50º F.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload products from trucks.
- Verify accuracy of shipments and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
