Pay Range
- $55,000 base salary plus commission.
- Company vehicle provided.

Position Summary
The Aftermarket Sales Representative (ASR) is responsible for handling outside sales tasks aimed at driving the growth of the dealership's parts and service sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promotes growth in parts sales while ensuring effective expense management.
- Providing excellent customer support in the field.
- Fills orders taken for the parts department at customer sites as needed.
- Generates service work for the dealership and initiates service work orders for the jobs brought in.
- Make whole goods sales as approved by the VP of Sales.
- Monitors monthly parts department goals and budget for the location, ensuring alignment with the organization's financial growth targets.
- Stock inventory and process orders for parts cabinets or customer sites as needed.
- Provides and delivers parts to service technicians when required.
- Will assist in delivering parts, small equipment, and related supplies to other locations/customers.
- Responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory and cycle counts of all parts at the location.
- Maintain parts sales return records and obtain necessary signatures and receipts.
- Participate in parts inventory counts.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge
- Minimum of a High School diploma plus 4 years of related experience.
- Working knowledge of parts, machinery, and a basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Ability to use the John Deere Parts Catalog computer application.
- Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a team environment and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to write and speak effectively.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Forklift experience preferred.
