Responsible for achieving Order Intake for KSB SupremeServ (After Market Business) like Spares, Mechanical Seal, ARC Valve, Repair Business, Replacement, Modification etc for assigned territory in Gujarat
Ensure regular visits to End users, OEMs and other customers for promotions and generation enquires of SupremeServ offerings
Attend various enquiries/tenders from customer
Extend techno-commercial support to customers for BO Vadodara for KSB SupremeServ business development. Coordinate with internal people in the Plants & TSS SupremeServ for offers and order execution.
To identify potential customers for service business to competitors product
Work out action plan to meet the budget, along with Zonal Manager / Branch Manager / Reporting Manager at Gujarat
Intervene and resolve issues pertaining to order execution as and when required
Ensure timely submission of offers to customers and convert the same to order
Ensure all the ISO processes, agreements and instructions are adhered with respect to C4C, SQ & Indenting
