1. Individual Responsibility :
1) Responsible for Profitability of Sinnar Division - P&L statement, Variance analysis , Pump type profitability analysis, pay back calculations, Tender Quotations , Pricing, MIS, Project work.
2) Controlling Sinnar - Preparation of budget and comparison of actual with budget. Monthly review with plant head of cost center-wise expenses, Plant performance, profitability of Sinnar.
3) Controlling 22 warehouses-co-ordinating with Manager Warehouse operation for Controlling aspects – Installation of system & monitor- inventory , failure cost , Invoicing , C&F agents contract maintenance, payments to C&F agents. Single window for Warehouse & BO
4) PIP / PRP Committee – Controller of all Price Increase / decrease, mitigation planning for PIP, early warning signals with suggestions to management. Head of team comprises of Controlling, PMG, Purchase & Production.
5) Indirect Material Purchase Committee - as per the Guidelines.
6) Product Management – Closely working with and as a team member of PMPS department for Contribution analysis, product bench marking, cost tracking, new product development.
7) Scrap Disposal & Auctioning – Main member of Scrap Disposal Committee, awarding tender, Scrap disposal, Auctioning of scrapped machines & assets as per SOP.
2. Monitor and control through subordinates
1) Financial Accounting - – a) Suppliers Accounts – bill booking, ASC claims, payments reconciliation etc. b) Receivables Accounts – Sales Accounting, Stock Transfers, Discount Credit notes, commercial document dispatch c) Cash & Bank – cash accounting, bank reconciliation, funds management d) dealer business – MoU &TOD credit notes. e) Preparation & completion of Tax audit / Statutory audit / internal audit schedules and timely submission.
2) Cost Accounting – Product Costing, overhead allocation, computation of machine hour rate and recovery, standard cost development etc.
3) Assets management – Assets verification, addition, deletion, insurance information, etc.
4) Statutory Compliances, payment in time, filing of returns like TDS, profession tax,etc.
5) GST – credit, facing GST / excise audits, Pre & Post Export documentation, communicating with Government officials.
6) Transport – Monitoring Dispatches, out-word freight, contract with transport agency, GIT monitoring, transit insurance claims etc.
Export Commercial – Export invoicing, documentation, appointment of CHA, Commercial document dispatch, correspondence.
