You will manage complex schedules and run daily operations with a confidential lens. You will be based at our corporate office in Redwood City and work in a hybrid model.ResponsibilitiesCalendar & Meeting ManagementMaintain full ownership of the SVP’s calendar, including scheduling and confirming meetings, preparing agendas, securing meeting spaces, and ensuring the SVP is well-prepared.Travel CoordinationArrange complex domestic and international travel, including visas, itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.Expense & Financial ManagementTrack and process travel expenses, reimbursements, credits, and financial reconciliations through internal systems.Manage invoicing and associated purchase requisitions.CollaborationServe as a key liaison between the SVP, internal partners, and external stakeholders to facilitate workflow.Office & Facilities SupportCoordinate IT and facilities requests, manage procurement processes, and ensure smooth operational support.Event LogisticsAssist the Office of the SVP, Central Development Partners, with logistics for team meetings and events on an ad-hoc basis.Admin CommunityCollaborate with the broader administrative community at EA to provide coverage and support our in-office presence, including moments that matter and office planning.Qualifications & Skills7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior leadership in a corporate environment. Recent experience at C-suite or SVP level preferred.Strong organizational and managerial mindset.Experience handling highly confidential information in a professional setting.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, and expense management tools.Experience managing complex travel logistics and processing expense reports.Background in event planning and project management.Knowledge of procurement and office management processes.
