Are you the person everyone calls when their computer freezes or the Wi-Fi drops? Do you enjoy solving problems, learning new systems, and keeping technology running smoothly?

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, service-oriented IT Support Technician to join our growing team at American Consumer Credit Counseling (ACCC). In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for all things IT — helping employees resolve issues quickly, managing help desk tickets, and assisting with larger IT projects.

No two days are the same here — one day you’re setting up new workstations, the next you’re troubleshooting security alerts or updating software patches. What You’ll Do

  • Respond promptly to help desk inquiries and provide hands-on support for hardware, software, phone systems, and more

  • Track, manage, and resolve IT service requests

  • Monitor and escalate network or endpoint security alerts to the appropriate team members

  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and related hardware

  • Assist with desktop applications, operating system updates, and general system maintenance

  • Manage user accounts, application access, and network security permissions

  • Keep the IT inventory (hardware and software) accurate and up to date

  • Troubleshoot and perform repairs on IT equipment as needed

  • Jump in on IT and security projects when time allows — we love team players who want to learn and grow


What You Bring

  • Experience with IT help desk, network support, or Windows desktop administration

  • Familiarity with Microsoft  365 Administration(Intune, EntraID, Exchange, Active Directory)

  • Experience with tools like Pulseway and Windows Defender a plus

  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills — you can explain tech in plain English

  • Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
