Automotive Detailer at Morrey Auto Body and Glass

Morrey Auto Body and Glass is seeking a motivated Detailer to join our team. This is the ideal job for individuals who are interested in joining a Body Shop and Auto Group that is growing and able to provide multiple growth opportunities.

Position Description - Detailer

Perform vehicle detailing including cleaning, polishing, and paint prep. Duties will also include facility cleanup and maintenance, detailing customer vehicles after repairs, maintaining cleanliness of courtesy vehicle fleet, and open/close responsibilities. Preference will be given to those with previous detailing experience, preferably in a body shop environment. Must have valid BC Drivers' License and be able to drive manual transmission equipped vehicles.

Requirements

Position Requirements - Successful candidates will have previous experience working in an ICBC accredited facility (or similar in other provinces) and a valid BC drivers license. Detailers are expected to maintain high quality levels while working in a productive and efficient manner. They are also expected to:

• Be able to multi-task in a high-pressure and fast paced environment.
• Be proactive and responsible for accomplishing personal and company goals without the need for daily coaching or prompting from Management.
• Deliver results while working with others, and join a team culture that is respectful and supports the company values.
• Have strong problem solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions.
