We are seeking a Mission Support Warranty Specialist to support the tactical execution of warranty operations within our Mission Services organization. This Individual Contributor role will report to the Mission Support Program Manager and focus on the day-to-day tracking of warranty agreements, maintaining accurate data in our CRM systems, coordinating supplier warranty processes, and ensuring timely execution of returns and claims.
The Warranty Specialist will manage RMA coordination with OEM suppliers, track and administer customer warranty coverage, and serve as the primary claims coordinator for our engine manufacturer, including ship set commissioning, warranty claim submission, and recall management.
