About the job

The Revenue Operations team is seeking an accomplished Data Visualization and Analytics professional who will leverage deep expertise in customer and revenue data to define and execute strategies that enable Sales and other revenue-generating teams to achieve their growth and strategic objectives. This role will focus on designing and delivering innovative analytical solutions, building impactful reports, and developing data-driven insights that guide key business decisions.

 

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of business acumen and technical proficiency, with the ability to develop, explore, analyze, and clearly communicate data insights to a business audience. This role will play a pivotal part in advancing our analytics capabilities, improving data accessibility, and empowering leadership with actionable intelligence to drive performance and growth.

 

The Revenue Operations (RevOps) team serves as the analytical and strategic backbone of our organization. Our department (and team) is a collaborative hub where data, analytics, and strategy converge to drive growth. We enable our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and other key teams and leaders to make confident, data-driven decisions that accelerate revenue performance and operational excellence across the organization.

As a Data Visual Analyst you will:

 

  • Source, clean, and prepare structured and unstructured data from multiple systems to support reporting, analytics, and decision making across Revenue Operations.
  • Design, develop, and maintain data workflows, ETL processes, and centralized repositories to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Build and manage dashboards, reports, and Insights to provide actionable business outcomes
  • Take a proactive, consultative approach to analytics by asking the right questions of the data and recommending strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Sales, Marketing, and regional teams to align data definitions, reporting needs, and business objectives.
  • Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders and leadership through clear storytelling, visualization, and presentation of data-driven findings.
  • Drive automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency through innovative use of technology and data solutions.
  • Support knowledge sharing by documenting processes, mentoring peers, and promoting data governance, quality, and security best practices while aligning with the data team. 

 

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a technical analyst, data, or consulting role supporting business, or Revenue and/or sales operations.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered in place of the requirements above.

  • Work Standards - Setting high standards of performance for self and others; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks; self-imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and reporting tools, with proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with SAS technologies, including SAS 9 and SAS Viya usage and administration; familiarity with Linux environments and coding in python is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and SAS foundation architecture and resources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and exposure to Power Apps or similar tools preferred.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates curiosity, reliability, and collaboration, with a strong interest in data, analytics, and continuous improvement and automation.
  • SAS Programming, SAS Data Management, SQL or use of relevant data cleansing tool experience necessary
  • Solid understanding of fundamental data concepts (table joins, data deduplication, Boolean logic, if/then logic)
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to relate technical concepts and data analysis to a business audience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong interactions and exposure to team members, and key leadership within division
