We are seeking a highly motivated recent graduate to join our Americas Derivatives Sales team, focusing on expanding our client base across asset classes ranging from Fixed Income, FX to Equity Derivatives. As a Junior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting Eurex's diverse product portfolio.
Your responsibilities
- Support senior sales team members in managing existing relationships with a portfolio of clients, including e.g. banks, proprietary trading firms, brokerage houses, and buy-side institutions
- Progressively, take on responsibility for a set of clients and proactively identify and develop new client relationships
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth areas and target new clients
- Collaborate with internal departments (Product Design, Market Supervision, Customer Support, Operations, IT, and Marketing) to ensure seamless client service
- Develop a strong understanding of Eurex’s cross-asset product suite, including derivatives across various asset classes (e.g., equities, fixed income, commodities, and indices)
- Assist in the creation of sales and marketing materials and participate in client presentations and training sessions and contribute to the development of sales strategies for new and existing products
- Track sales activity, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and contribute to sales pipeline management
- Represent Eurex at industry conferences and networking events and stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments
Your profile
- You have recently graduated in Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
- You already gained knowledge in derivatives products and markets, in previous internships as well as in the financial services industry
- You have a strong interest in financial markets and derivatives
- You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- You are proactive, results-oriented and eager to learn
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and are an active user of AI solutions

Salary range: $75,000 - 85,000 annually
