You’ll help keep buildings full, owners happy, and projects moving—while helping roll out company-wide AI and centralization upgrades that make work faster and smarter. You’ll be mentored directly by the Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer (CMO) with a tech-forward approach to every business challenge.

Pay Rate: $23.00 to $25.00 Hourly
What you’ll do
- Assist—and help lead—AI, tech-enhancement, and centralization programs across departments.
- Conduct new-business site inspections, capturing clear notes and photos.
- Research the market and competitors to identify opportunities.
- Build simple rent-comparison reports to maintain competitive pricing.
- Help craft RFP responses with accurate, clean data.
- Perform basic checks on new property financials (totals, trends, gaps).
- Keep files, logs, and checklists organized in Microsoft 365.
- Pitch in on other projects as needed.
What you’ll learn in your first 90 days
- How to inspect, document, and present findings.
- How to build rent comps and short market summaries.
- How we work in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- How sales, marketing, and operations connect day-to-day.
- Practical AI skills: prompt writing, workflow design, and AI agent management—at a level that outpaces most companies.
- Ongoing 1:1 guidance from the CMO and shadowing with teammates.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited college or university (required).
- Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook): sorting, filters, basic formulas.
- Clear writing, organized workflow, steady follow-through.
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for local site visits.
Nice to have: Business Administration or similar major; exposure to HubSpot/CRM or Yardi/Rent Cafe; comfort with simple data charts.
Schedule & location
- 100% in-office in Long Beach, CA.
- Moderate local travel for site inspections; mileage per company policy.
- Free, private on-site parking. (Office is along the Metro A Line corridor near Anaheim Street Station.)

- $23–$25 per hour (California pay transparency).
