Position Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level User Access Administrator. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing user access rights and ensuring that employees have the appropriate system permissions to perform their jobs—while helping to uphold our security standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process user account creation, modification, and deactivation requests in a timely manner.
  • Assign and manage access rights for various applications, systems, and services.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with HR and department managers.
  • Maintain and audit user access logs and documentation.
  • Help identify and resolve access issues and permission conflicts.
  • Assist with compliance initiatives, including access reviews and audits.

Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and customer service abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Office 365 applications knowledge.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS 

· Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. 

· General mechanical skills. 

· Manual Dexterity. 

· Good judgment. 


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

· High School Diploma or the equivalent. 

· ASE certification preferred. 


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT 

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

· Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, stooping, and reaching.

· Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, noise, and chemicals.

· Occasional lifting, standing, crawling, reaching, use of stairs.

· Occasional attendance at social gatherings.

· Ability to travel occasionally.
 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

· Valid Texas Driver's License

· Maintain a clean driving record


OTHER REQUIREMENTS 

· 21 Years-Old or Older 

· Pass Background Check 

· Pass Hair Follicle Drug Test
