Position Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level User Access Administrator. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing user access rights and ensuring that employees have the appropriate system permissions to perform their jobs—while helping to uphold our security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process user account creation, modification, and deactivation requests in a timely manner.
- Assign and manage access rights for various applications, systems, and services.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with HR and department managers.
- Maintain and audit user access logs and documentation.
- Help identify and resolve access issues and permission conflicts.
- Assist with compliance initiatives, including access reviews and audits.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Office 365 applications knowledge.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
· Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
· General mechanical skills.
· Manual Dexterity.
· Good judgment.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· High School Diploma or the equivalent.
· ASE certification preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
· Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, stooping, and reaching.
· Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, noise, and chemicals.
· Occasional lifting, standing, crawling, reaching, use of stairs.
· Occasional attendance at social gatherings.
· Ability to travel occasionally.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
· Valid Texas Driver's License
· Maintain a clean driving record
