Description

We are seeking reliable and professional Security Officers to provide coverage at retail store locations. This is a permanent site assignment with steady scheduling, with officers assigned consistently to one store location.

Shift Coverage

Mon–Sat: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Sun: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Each store is covered 7 days per week.

Officers are assigned a consistent schedule with balanced weekly hours.

Store Coverage Areas

Store 203 – Northwest Austin

Store 204 – Southwest Austin

Store 859 – Round Rock

Store 1153 – North Central Austin

Staffing Plan

We are looking for 2 officers per location (preferred) to maintain steady coverage.

A flex officer may also rotate between locations to provide additional support as needed.

What You’ll Do

Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft, vandalism, and other incidents.

Observe and report activity within the assigned store.

Provide support to employees, customers, and management.

Ensure consistent coverage and professional representation of the security team.

Disclaimer: Starting pay is $20/hr for the first two weeks of employment. After this introductory period, regular site pay rates will apply.

Requirements
  • Must be currently licensed as a Level III Commissioned Security Officer in the State of Texas
  • Must wear full uniform (shirt provided by company; black duty-style pants required — no jeans or cargos)
  • Must carry a Level II or Level III retention holster
  • Must possess standard Level III gear in clean and working condition
  • If carrying a Taser, officer must be certified in its use
  • If a ballistic vest is worn, it must be clean, fitted, and professional in appearance
  • No baggy, sagging, or faded uniforms; a sharp and squared-away look is required
  • Must maintain a high-visibility presence near the store’s front entrance unless directed otherwise
  • Must be able to follow directions from store leadership and communicate effectively
  • Radios may be issued by store management for communication
  • Punctuality, reliability, and professionalism are non-negotiable


Salary Description
$22 - $25hr
