Summary
Join Millennium Print Group as a Manager, Security and Loss Prevention!
We’re seeking a proactive and experienced security professional to lead risk management, loss prevention, and asset protection efforts across our growing operations in Durham, North Carolina. In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee the Security Control Center, manage investigations, and implement systems and procedures that safeguard our people, products, and facilities.
What You’ll Do:
Manage the Security Control Center, including CCTV monitoring, access control, and intrusion systems.
Evaluate and enhance existing systems, policies, and procedures to strengthen overall security posture.
Conduct internal investigations involving theft, fraud, and incidents impacting operations.
Lead response and communication during emergencies or critical incidents.
Identify and mitigate risks across facilities, logistics, and data operations.
Partner with local law enforcement, internal stakeholders, and The Pokémon Company’s Global Security Operations Center.
Prepare detailed reports, risk analyses, and presentations for senior leadership.
Deliver ongoing security awareness and training to MPG employees.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Security, or related field required, master’s preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years in loss prevention, law enforcement, or corporate security leadership.
Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, and intrusion alarm systems.
Skilled in investigations, including Wicklander-Zulawski or equivalent methods.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to prepare professional reports and presentations.
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms.
