Production Lead - Night Shift at TruStile Doors

 TruStile Doors, a leading national manufacturer of architectural doors for high-end residential and commercial segments, is seeking a Night Shift Production Lead. This role partners closely with a manufacturing supervisor to ensure procedures are documented and followed in a way that supports TruStile’s commitment to quality and safety. 

Requirements

Requirements: 

•   Experience in an audit or review capacity.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with measurement tools (calipers, tape measures, gauges, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communicator, comfortable interacting with co-workers.
• Ability to lead by example and learn all aspects of the role.
• Coaching and teaching skills to support team development.
• Goal-oriented and competitive in achieving daily targets.
• Team-first mindset and servant leadership approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all safety protocols are followed and promote a safe, healthy work environment during night operations.
• This candidate must be capable of serving as a backup to the supervisor during periods of absence, such as vacation, and act as primary point of contact for employees on shift to ensure continuity of operations and support. 
• Coordinate with departments such as quality control and logistics to align production processes with company goals.
• Monitor      and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Influence the team to follow standards and achieve consistent, high-quality results.
• Provide training, support, and leadership to the night shift production team—be a Servant Leader.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and root-cause analysis of abnormalities.
• Learn and utilize TruStile/Marvin computer systems effectively.
