Position Summary:
The Project Manager will play a critical role in driving enterprise-wide initiatives that integrate key company operations, improve business processes, and deliver measurable outcomes that reduce redundancies, increase efficiencies, and generate sustainable revenue growth. This senior leadership role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, ensuring that initiatives are not only well-conceived but also delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.


The Project Manager will translate high-level business priorities into actionable project and program plans, coordinating efforts across functions such as operations, sales, and IT. This individual will be accountable for monitoring progress, holding teams and individuals responsible for deliverables, and ensuring cross-departmental alignment.


The role demands a leader who can bring clarity and structure to complex challenges, navigate conflict, and serve as a catalyst for change. By establishing strong project management standards, fostering collaboration, and maintaining executive level reporting. the manager will ensure initiatives strengthen operational effectiveness and position the organization for scalable, long-term growth.

Requirements

Essential Functions:

· Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives that align with company priorities.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership, operations, sales, IT, and other departments to align resources, remove obstacles, and ensure projects move forward as planned.

· Translate executive strategy into detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, milestones, and measurable outcomes.

· Hold individuals and teams accountable for deliverables while fostering collaboration and maintaining alignment across diverse stakeholders.

· Serve as a change leader by promoting effective communication, resolving conflict, and ensuring adoption of new processes and systems.

· Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track initiative progress, highlight risks, and communicate results to executive leadership.

· Build and maintain project management standards, tools, and best practices across the organization to strengthen organizational effectiveness.

· Project and program management expertise, including planning, prioritization, and execution of multiple concurrent initiatives.

· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.

· Ability to bring clarity and structure to complex or ambiguous challenges.

· Skilled at conflict resolution, negotiation, and influencing without direct authority.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, able to simplify complex information for executive and operational audiences.

· Adaptability and resilience in managing change and navigating dynamic business environments.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar), reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Domo, Power BI).


Required Experience:

· 3+ years of progressive experience in project management, program management, or a related strategic role.

· Experience managing large, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.

· Background in the distribution or pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred.

· Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field; PMP and/or LSS certifications a plus. 

Salary Description
$85,000 - $95,000
