You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to:

  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable the credit/accounts receivables team
  • Manage relations with collections agencies, credit reporting agencies, credit insurance providers, and internal departments
  • Maintain and update our corporate credit policy
  • Oversee the credit application process including approving applications and setting credit limits and terms
  • Manage the accounts receivable and collections processes

Requirements

The best candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in collections, accounts receivables, or related
  • Preferred experience: customer negotiations and credit scoring systems
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to learn internal platforms


Additionally, while performing duties, the employee is required to sit, stoop, lift up to 15 pounds, type, communicate effectively, manage conflict, work evenings and/or weekends, attend remote meetings, and travel.

In the performance of respective tasks and duties, the employee is expected to:

  • Interact professionally and confidently with other employees, customers, and contacts.
  • Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
  • Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
