Position Purpose:
The Concierge and Front Desk Services Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Concierge and Front Desk Services across multiple residential properties. This role ensures consistent, high-quality service delivery to homeowners, residents, and guests while supporting Property Managers and Concierge and Front Desk Services team members.  Concierge and Front Desk Services Operations Manager play a vital role in staff oversight, operational efficiency, service consistency, and customer satisfaction across all assigned locations.
 
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise front desk operations across multiple properties, ensuring consistent adherence to policies and standards.
  • A professional and polished appearance is a must.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of front desk staff.
  • Works harmoniously with the CMA Training Department and the CMA Human Resource Department.
  • Ensure all front desk team members provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to all residents, homeowners, and guests
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor front desk performance, appearance, and adherence to responsibilities.
  • Establish and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) with HR approval to maintain consistency and excellence in service delivery.
  • Monitor daily operations including package handling, homeowner communications, and incident reporting.
  • Provide coaching and support to staff to enhance service effectiveness and resolve performance concerns.
  • Track and report on key operational metrics, including homeowner inquiries, daily inspections, and package logs.
  • Act as a liaison between front desk teams and Property Managers, escalating safety, maintenance, and operational issues as necessary.
  • Respond to and resolve escalated homeowner or guest concerns that exceed the authority of the Concierge and Front Desk Services team members.
  • Ensure Concierge and Front Desk staff consistently conduct and report daily walking inspections.
  • Ensure reporting of light outages or electrical issues.
  • Ensure hallways and common areas are free from debris or obstructions.
  • Ensure the inspection of walls, carpets, and flooring for damage or stains.
  • Ensure the inspection Fitness Center to confirm equipment is clean, functional, and properly arranged.
  • Ensure trash and recycling bins are properly managed and not overflowing.
