Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end payroll & FnF processing for India & Middle east, including statutory compliance.
- Support payroll operations for the Middle East region; prior experience is an added advantage.
- Lead monthly pay run reconciliations and ensure timely execution.
- Liaise with outsourced payroll vendors to ensure smooth and compliant payroll delivery.
- Perform Gross-to-Net calculations and reconcile payroll accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Income tax & exemptions.
- Handle incident/ticket management for payroll-related queries.
- Handle and maintain documentation for internal and external audits.
- Ensure adherence to Travelex policies and local regulatory requirements.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Manage TDS return, Form 16, and investment proof during year-end processes.
- Oversee vendor management for payroll-related services.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Flexible Benefit Plans (e.g., LTA, Fuel, Driver, NPS, etc.).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required
- Strong understanding of Indian payroll laws, TDS, and statutory compliance & Labour compliance.

- Finance Teams – for payroll reporting and reconciliation
- HR Managers & Teams – for employee data coordination
- Compliance Teams – to ensure regulatory adherence
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in India payroll operations.
- Proven experience with TDS returns, Form 16, and investment proof submission.
- Familiarity with Workday, ADP, or similar HRIS platforms.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail, with an audit-focused and quality-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts.
