With more than 1000 smart, caring and ambitious ‘LEAPsters’ working together across Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, Poland and New Zealand, you’ll find yourself in good company here.

Meet the People team
LEAP is more than a global LegalTech leader – we’re a growing group of innovative brands, all united by a mission to make lawyers’ lives easier. Our People team powers this growth by creating the space, support, and empowerment LEAPsters (and our wider group teams) need to do the best work of their careers. From first day to final day, we make every experience count.

What you'll do

As the Learning & Development Manager, you’ll drive LEAP’s learning strategy and build programs, processes and systems from the ground up. You’ll bring all learning activity together under one Learning Management System (LMS), lead company-wide initiatives such as leadership and professional skills training, and partner with teams to assess technical programs and external subscriptions that enable self-paced development.

This role blends strategy with hands-on delivery. You’ll thrive on creating new solutions, facilitating key sessions, knowing when to bring in experts, and making a big impact with creative, cost-effective programs.

To make this happen, you will:

  • Lead learning programs – design and deliver engaging learning experiences that develop leaders, grow capability and drive performance across the business.
  • Partner with stakeholders – collaborate with the P&C team, internal experts (Product, InfoSec, regional teams) and external providers to create relevant, engaging, and scalable training solutions.
  • Facilitate and coach – deliver workshops where appropriate and coach leaders to embed learning within their teams.
  • Own the LMS – manage and continuously improve a single platform to host, track and report on all learning content.
  • Measure impact – track participation, evaluate effectiveness and use data to demonstrate return on investment.
  • Manage the budget – plan and deliver programs creatively within financial parameters, finding smart ways to stretch resources further.

What you'll bring

  • Adult learning expertise – strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design and their application in program design and delivery.
  • Energy and passion for building – you’re excited by the chance to create new programs and systems from scratch, bring ideas to life, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done.
  • End-to-end program management – experience creating and rolling out learning programs from concept to evaluation.
  • LMS know-how – practical experience managing a Learning Management System.
  • Facilitation skills – confident facilitator who can engage diverse audiences and adapt to different learning styles.
  • Business partnering ability – excellent relationship skills and the ability to work with leaders and stakeholders across regions to get the best outcomes.
  • Creative mindset – resourceful and innovative in delivering high-quality programs within budget.
  • Ideally certified in diagnostics such as Human Synergistics, The Leadership Circle, DiSC etc.

LEAP is an inclusive, people-first company committed to breaking down institutional barriers that keep people from reaching their potential. If you meet some, but not all the requirements above, we encourage you to still submit your application.
