- Assists the Training Manager in preparing, organizing, and providing standard training, specialized training, technical training, or counseling in designated areas
- Design content for internal communications and initiatives
- Craft content for audiences including presentations and training documentation in a format consistent with ECS graphics and branding standards and collaborate with the Marketing Team on such standards
- Provide clerical/administrative support to the training and development function of the organization, including writing correspondence and making copies
- Coordinate schedules, including the master schedule of training programs and courses maintained, and fixes scheduling conflicts
- Coordinate activities of instructors engaged in training employees or outside clients
- Prepare schedule for classes, based on availability of classrooms, equipment, and instructors
- Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions
- Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Facilitate training calls
- Proctor internal exams
- Coordinate training events
- Other duties as assigned
- High School or GED, BS in related field preferred
- 2- 4 years (degree can substitute for experience)
