Position General Responsibilities:

The Office Coordinator will oversee the general administrative function and activities of that particular Stockman Insurance branch.

 

Employees Supervised:

May handle or assist the Director of Business Development- Insurance Benefits with the supervision of front office employees

 

Education, Experience and Certification Requirements

Note:  Only minimum responsibilities are listed.  Other responsibilities may be required as requested by management.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  2. High School diploma or equivalency
  3. Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  4. Willingness to work on community projects.

 

Preferred:

 

  1. Previous work experience (at least 2 years) in a related position.
  2. Proficient computer skills with the ability to lean new software

 

Required:

Extensive knowledge of office management procedures.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and / or related software

Basic understanding of Clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.

State of Montana insurance license(s)- can obtain within the first four months.
