Description

The Sales Support Manager is responsible for the development and management of Gerflor relationships with group purchasing organizations (GPO’s) and buying consortiums across Gerflor USA, Connor Sports, Sport Court and Snap. This position also leads the training and coordination of field sales teams and sales networks to successfully leverage agreements. The Sales Support Manager will serve as the key driver for CRM platform adoption, usage and compliance within the defined business units. 

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with group purchasing organizations (GPOs) and buying consortiums.

2. Lead negotiation and management of RFP’s and agreements to optimize business opportunities. 

3. Monitor performance and ensure compliance with negotiated agreements.

4. Train and coach field sales teams and external sales networks on leveraging GPO agreements.

5. Provide tools, resources, and ongoing support to the field Sales team to ensure adoption and success.

6. Serve as the subject matter expert for GPO processes and benefits.

7. Drive CRM platform adoption, usage, and compliance across defined business units.

8. Support CRM transition and integration with ERP systems. 

9. Ensure accurate and timely data entry, reporting, and analysis within the CRM.

10. Collaborate with sales, IT, and operations teams to improve CRM functionality and user experience.

11. Maintain and distribute Gerflor Commercial and Sport Price Lists to internal stakeholders.

12. Oversee Qx inventory sales management to align with sales and working capital objectives.

13. Partner with operations and sales teams to track and optimize inventory usage, developing programs and relationships to maximize the movement of slow moving and discontinued stock.

14. Coordinate with Managing Directors, sales leadership, operations, and IT to align strategies and priorities.

15. Serve as a liaison between corporate functions and field teams to ensure smooth execution of programs.

16. Track sales performance, developing reporting tools and dashboards to measure success.

17. Collaborate with Marketing to define KPI’s for trade shows and measure ROI and follow through within field efforts.

18. Travel up to 30%.

Requirements

  

We are Seeking: 

1. Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing or related field or equivalent education and experience.

2. 5 years of experience in B2B sales support and training, preferably with long sales cycles and technical products.

3. Industry knowledge in architecture or flooring is a plus.

4. Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, Dodge or other lead generation platform.

5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

6. Skilled in delivering effective presentations and training sessions. 

7. Strong organizational abilities with a focus on time management and prioritization

Base Salary Range: $90,000/annual to $99,000/annual
The base salary for this position may vary based on factors such as location, training, skills, and relevant experience. This position may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, incentive, or commissions. Bonus or incentive programs are subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
