At CooperSurgical we are looking to recruit a Territory Manager for Paris and North East France. You will be part of the France sales team with focus on Medical Devices and report to the Regional Business Manager South Europe. This position is field based and will cover hospitals and private clinics with a particular focus in and around the operating rooms and delivery suites. This is an exciting opportunity, where you will be responsible to support the transition of products newly acquired and established in the market as well as supporting the launch of new and unique products. The EMEA business unit is the first direct sales team outside the United States and we are expanding from our success in the UK. Position
As a Territory Manager with CooperSurgical your primary role will be meeting customers and driving sales growth within our existing and expanding gynecology and obstetrics portfolio. You will have experience creating strong customer relationships and communicating with different stakeholders within private and public hospitals, with a key focus on training and selling in operating rooms and delivery suites. You will already know how to create a territory plan and execute on the activities that support your sales targets and KPI. You have an eye for business opportunities and skills to implement market strategies. You are self-motivated, driven, with a positive and energetic personality. You enjoy delivering results and working in a team. With a can-do attitude you will support your colleagues, as they in turn support you, sharing skills and knowledge along the way. To become a success in this role you will drive new product launch in the market, acquire new customers and be the go-to person for KOL and relevant stakeholders within Gyn/Obst and other specialities coming soon.
Responsibilities
Develop customer base and customer relationships into long-term partnerships
Grow sales through understanding of market dynamics, customer needs and acting on opportunities
Ensure communication, sales, and promotion of CSI Gyn/Obst. products to relevant KOL and stakeholders
Drive relevant stakeholder engagement and decision-making
Qualifications
Educational background: scientific degree, nurse, clinical specialist
+ 3- 5 years of experience in a field sales role and operating room sales experience
Knowledge of gynaecology and women’s healthcare would be desirable
Tactical, structured, and goal-oriented approach
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Entrepreneurial mindset

Microsoft Office proficiency required and CRM tool skills
Fluent English and France language
