As a VRM, you will be a key player in our Branch Banking department, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients. Your primary focus will be on the Sky channel, an innovative sales platform, where you will engage with and provide tailored financial solutions to corporate salary employees. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your sales and relationship management skills in a dynamic banking environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a portfolio of corporate salary employee clients through the Sky channel.
  • Identify and understand client needs, offering suitable financial products and services.
  • Achieve sales targets by actively cross-selling and upselling Kotak Mahindra Bank's products.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive solutions.
  • Collaborate with other VRMs and branches to share best practices and ensure a consistent client experience.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities and client interactions.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulations, maintaining a high level of integrity.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, with a focus on corporate banking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of client interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new sales strategies.
  • A self-motivated and proactive attitude, with a passion for sales and client relationship management.
