Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of corporate salary employee clients through the Sky channel.
- Identify and understand client needs, offering suitable financial products and services.
- Achieve sales targets by actively cross-selling and upselling Kotak Mahindra Bank's products.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive solutions.
- Collaborate with other VRMs and branches to share best practices and ensure a consistent client experience.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities and client interactions.
- Participate in training programs to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulations, maintaining a high level of integrity.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services, with a focus on corporate banking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of client interactions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new sales strategies.
- A self-motivated and proactive attitude, with a passion for sales and client relationship management.
