Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing tender portals for new bid opportunities.
 - Full bid management.
 - Develop, write and edit high quality material that responds to client needs and articulates win themes through understanding client needs and scoring criteria.
 - Formatting proposals according to client requirements and company standards.
 - Ensuring timely submission of bids within strict deadlines.
 - Developing engaging case studies by liaising with subject matter experts across the business.
 - Maintaining bid library.
 - Providing general administrative support to the sales team.
 
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Bid Writer, ideally within the asbestos, environmental, or construction industry.
 - Strong understanding of asbestos regulations, management processes, and industry terminology.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with online tender portals.
 
- Experience contributing to social value or sustainability sections of bids.
 - Knowledge of wider environmental or compliance service sectors.
